Is the platform HIPAA compliant?

The platform is designed with HIPAA alignment in mind. It is privately hosted, supports role-based access controls, and does not store protected health information (PHI) unless explicitly approved by the customer. We work with each organization to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade from Essentials to Professional or Enterprise at any time. Your data, chat history, and uploaded documents carry over seamlessly. Billing is prorated for the remainder of your current period.

What is included in the knowledge base?

The knowledge base includes wound care images and staging references, CMS/LCD/NCCI compliance rules, documentation forms and standards, and curated clinical materials. All materials can be updated on request to reflect new guidelines or organizational policies.

How does the transcription feature work?

The transcription module captures audio from your device microphone, converts it to text in real time, and then uses AI to map the spoken content to documentation templates. It flags missing required elements and suggests relevant ICD-10 codes. Audio is processed locally and is not stored unless you choose to save it.

Is there a free trial?
